In the rich tapestry of Vietnamese food, there are really beautiful influences from Chinese cuisine that our chefs want to pay homage to and showcase. Under the guidance of our Head chef Bryan Zhu (ex-Masterchef) he has launched this brunch menu showing the OG yum cha classics, but also the Vietnamese siblings of some of the Yum Cha staples people know widely.
Bottomless brunch service: Only available for purchase for diners purchasing our $49 set menu. Bottomless package runs for 90 minutes for an additional $49. Package includes house beer, white wine, red wine, blanc de blanc sparkling and 2 seasonal cocktails.
