Sydney’s hidden laneway bar, Next Door CBD, is celebrating Negroni Week with an unforgettable one-night-only event on Tuesday 23 September. Guests can expect live music and a bold menu twist that takes the classic cocktail beyond the glass. For this special evening, the chefs will showcase two limited-edition dishes: Negroni infused bolognese a reinterpretation of Nonna’s 8-hour sauce, and a Negroni-Soaked Lamb Ragu, slow-cooked to perfection. Pair the food with classic Negronis while soaking up the laneway atmosphere. Limited seats available, bookings are essential.
Guests can sit down for a shared feast of Next Door’s signatures – think extra-large pizzas designed to slice and share, Nonna-approved slow-simmered sauces, and a pasta menu that takes your taste buds straight to Rome.
